Disney has shared its special brand of magic with Special Olympics Florida since 1986.
The company has provided VoluntEARS for countless events, hosted our State Summer Games and State Fall Classic at ESPN Wide World of Sports for more than 15 years, and presented the Special Olympics Florida Invitational – an annual golf tournament that has raised more than $8.4 million. The event brings together more than 500 players who have a life-changing impact on our athletes.
This year, the venues of Walt Disney World Theme Parks and Resorts were front and center for the 2022 Special Olympics USA Games in Orlando.

Undaunted by a tropical storm, some 500 participants turned out in early November for a modified version of the Special Olympics Florida Invitational at Walt Disney World.
Disney’s Golf Courses: Site of 2022 State Golf Competition
The competition will be played on Disney’s Magnolia, Disney’s Palm and Disney’s Oak Trail Golf Courses, as well as Disney’s Magnolia Driving Range and Practice Putting Green, where skills challenges will take place.
